1. How soon can I receive my order?

When we receive your order, we will send it out in 1~3 days from our local warehouse in US. Then we will update with USPS tracking number.

2. How can I be sure of the battery quality?

3. Is there somewhere else I can buy your RC Lipo Batteries?

You can also buy Sunpadow batteries at our Amazon Stores in US or Europe. 

4. How soon will you settle a customer claim?

Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will settle it and make you happy in 1~2 working days.

5. Do you offer any discount if I buy a big quantity?

Yes, if your order value is more than $2000, you can contact us for a discount.

6. Can I be your agent and use my private label?

Yes, you can but we have a MOQ requirement against our partners. You can contact us to further information.

7. Can you accept drop-shiping mode and provide commission to me?

Yes, we can. You can contact us to reach an agreement. 

8. Except for the items in your store, do you have other battery specifications?

The items in our store are ready-to-ship in local warehouse in US.  We do have many other battery specifications.  If you need, please contact us to get our catalog.

9. Can you deliver your batteries to other countries instead of United States?

Please let us know the destination country and battery quantity and then we will check the courier cost for you. 

10. Do you only accept payment by Paypal?

We use Paypal for retail business. For business cooperation, please contact us so that we can redirect you to our B2B department.
